Universal PDF Reader is designed to let users read PDF documents on their Android devices. The app does not intentionally collect personal information merely because you open or read a PDF.
Documents selected by the user are handled on the device for reading and related reader functions. We do not intentionally upload the contents of users' personal PDF documents to our own servers.
Files and device storage
The app may request access to files or media when necessary for a user to select, open, or manage PDF documents. Any permissions requested by Android are used for the corresponding app functionality. Users can manage app permissions through Android settings.

Universal PDF Reader may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
